Some evenings are worth planning the week around. This is one of them.

On Thursday, June 18, Horse Feathers Kitchen & Cocktails invites you to An Evening in the Vineyard — a five-course wine pairing dinner held on the estate grounds of The Reserve Event Center.

The evening begins at 6 pm with a welcome cocktail. From there, each course arrives with a wine chosen not just to fill a glass, but to tell a story. Every bottle on this list comes from producers who farm with intention — small-production, estate-driven wines made with minimal intervention, from people who let the vineyard do the talking.

A traditional-method sparkling rosé from a Loire Valley house producing since 1872. A single-vineyard Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley. A Pinot Noir from RAEN, founded by Carlo and Dante Mondavi — grandsons of Robert Mondavi — farming 25 organic acres above Bodega Bay. Two Napa Cabernets from Vineyard 36, sourced from Beckstoffer Georges III on the Rutherford Bench. And a Reserve Cabernet from the historic 1887 stone château where Beaulieu Vineyard was born. The evening ends with dessert and a closing wine. Wine will be available for purchase throughout the night.
